BabyKoa is a baby-tracking app for parents and caregivers: logging, growth charts, schedules, reminders, and AI-assisted guidance. By creating an account you accept these terms.
BabyKoa is not a medical device and provides no medical advice. Reference content (growth percentiles, vaccine schedules, developmental leaps, teething windows) and AI answers are general information only. Always consult your pediatrician for health decisions, and contact emergency services in an emergency. Logged values are parent-reported and may contain errors.
BabyKoa Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Free-trial periods, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Prices may vary by region.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Inviting a member to your family household gives them access to your baby's data — invite only people you trust. The household owner controls membership and can remove members; deleting your account deletes the households you own for all members.
Don't abuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no reverse engineering, no use of the AI features to generate harmful content, no uploading content you don't have rights to.
You own the data and photos you add. You grant us only the limited license needed to store and display them to your household. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled and deleted.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on logged data or AI guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using BabyKoa and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
